EPIK Online Application Form

When filling in the EPIK Online Application Form please remember:

1.    CLASSIFICATION
Under the Classification section on Page 1 select MOU and Bay Language Institute to ensure GoldKey can be your agency in our partnership with Bay Language through the EPIK Application Process.

2.    FINAL SUBMISSION
On the very last page, under the Lesson Plan, refrain from pressing the SUBMIT FINAL APPLICATION button until we have checked your application. Let us know when you are ready for that check.
